  • Good move...Olbermann became unlistenable...made me turn to CNN.

It;s fine if you want to spew your opinion and spin the news to your own beliefs on an editorial/opinion show...not when covering the general news.

  • why is this surprising to anyone? msnbc ranked last. olbermann is a joke. ranks up there with hannity as possibly the two most annoying personalities on air. and if you guys noticed a similarity between rachel maddow and olbermann, its because she's his protege.

sad thing is, i primarily watched msnbc during the conventions. i just cant bring myself to watch FNC or CNN. msnbc is a mess right now since russert passed, i guess alot of brawls going on the inside. i've even heard brokaw is fed up. and i think everyone there hates olbermann.

who here misses russsert? i keep thinking, damn, how sweet would it be to hear russert's commentary.

I miss the 2004 convention crew that they had with Matthews, Buchanan and Ron Reagan, with Brokaw, Russert, and others chipping in. It seemed to be a pretty balanced bunch.

That's all I kept thinking of during the conventions. I still miss that man. Probably the only "celebrity" death that really struck a nerve inside of me.

I can't stand him. The only commentator on that network that I like is Scarsborrough (sp?). Even though I don't agree with some of his stances he at least if fair when it comes to reporting.
I like Joe Scarborough, also. He's a con, but he's able to understand opposing views unlike Hannity, O'Reilly, and any con on a message board.

I have nothing against conservatives, I just have an issue with neo-conservatives.

I watch a lot of the non network election coverage, and it is all biased. No one from what I can see is neutral. I believe they are called pundits. MSNBC leans left- Fox leans right.
