This coming from a country that openly funds and supports the very institutions that teach the brand of radical Islam that fuels terrorism.

    on the flip side - it does highlight how little credibility the "west" has ... there is no moral compass that swings this way anymore ... an independent body just rated Canada's transparency of weapons transactions as just above Iran ...
