this is some scary shit, predicted by Tessler in the 20s and apparently active since 1976: The Woodpecker Grid............can the government really be controlling the weather???? was Hurricane Katrina created as a tool with the intention of police state for Louisiana?

    there are planes that do "supposedly" stir up clouds...I don't know the science, to induce rain.

    could they create a hurricane? no.

    can we "control" the weather. a little bit.

    Don't you live in London? If we really could control the weather maybe it wouldn't rain there so much.
