To demonstrate their desire for human rights in their country, dissidents gathered PEACEFULLY in honor of Human Rights Day. They were not even allowed the right to stand peacefully to demonstrate against human rights violations in Cuba without being physically attacked by Castro's government thugs and supporters. Spanish television news channels rolled video of these innocent people being thrown to the ground and attacked. I doubt this is shown anywhere else in the U.S., however this incident just happened to be caught on camera. Thousands other occur every day in Cuba and go unnoticed.

It's shame what Cubans have had to endure.
