It seems like a good time to bring up race at the DNC ... in order for Obama to get a big bounce out of the DNC, i think the dems need to be carefull and not let the conference become "too black". i believe white america does not have an issue with obama and his race, but i think they can be easlily turned off if they are constantly reminded of it via stories, supporters, etc. thoughts?
I don't want to be hostile. I don't want to be dismal. But I don't want to rot in an apathetic existance either.

How does one define "too black"...?
  • I don't think that it's a secret that he needs to use this convention to appeal to white middle class voters.

The campaign does have to work to get the "black vote" and the "young vote" out on election day, but as far as the convention, I would guess that their main goal is to broaden Obama's appeal to "white america"

I've been staring at this post for like 2 minutes, and I still have no idea what the fuck you're talking about...
