  • I'm watching it now. I guess up until this election I never bothered to check out one of these things.. It amazes me that stuff like this still goes on in the US. Everyone there you can pretty much guarantee has a cell phone, yet they're standing around a gym raising their hands to vote. How can this even be accurate? lol

Either way still a rather interesting watch.

EDIT: The best part is when a candidate doesn't get the 15% so a lot of people pick their second choice.. this is nuts lol

He's saying that the gridlock we've all been subjected to is over. He's saying that a Democrat can win votes from Independents and Republicans. He's saying that young people have a voice in America. He's saying that the old school in the Beltway no longer has to run the way this country thinks.

He said that tonight, in Iowa.

CORRECTION: The voters there said it for him.

he's saying that dems can win votes from inds and reps...so? why are they won over by him? every politician talks about change. The only change I honestly think Obama has to offere is a different skin color in the white house. people are so upset with bush, they just want someone that looks so not like him, american voters could care less about policy and I bet most obama voters have no idea where he stand on most of the issues.

Don't get me wrong, it would be great to see an african american lead the US for once, but not when he pretty much is like everyone else policy wise.

unfortunately we would have to ammend the constitution to get that in effect.

    never
    gonna
    happen

though i agree it is a grand idea.
