There were a couple of threads about this a few weeks ago. The public comment period is now open. The FDA comment form is here, but apparently a large number of people, including me, have had trouble using it. Every time I try to comment, I get a server error.
Due to these problems, the Center for Food Safety is collecting comments and will deliver them to the FDA at the end of the comment period. Their comment form is here.
