They are here.

They have been here for a very long time.

Their neverending campaign to defend, justify and spread their propaganda and false-staged martyrdom; is a major conspiracy!

    No proof?

Oh well, you go to the irrelevant and null pile.
The world's greatest empires progress through this sequence:From bondage to spiritual faith; spiritual faith to great courage; courage to liberty;liberty to abundance;abundance to selfishness; selfishness to complacency;complacency to apathy;apathy to dependence;dependency back again into bondage

Like I said in other thread:

In fact, last winter (2005) there was a news story which took a look at radical Muslim's technical/on-line capabilities and what they do with it.

They showed proof that Muslims have been running their own propaganda campaign, with the internet, for a very long time. Even had two Muslim leaders on there who admitted they do these things. All in the good name of Islam.

Now let's take look at the quote Silverstain wants to ignore:

" Amir Gissin, the Israeli Foreign Ministry’s public relations director, said: “The internet’s become a leading tool for news, shaping the world view of millions. Our problem is the foreign media shows Lebanese suffering, but not Israeli. We’re bypassing that filter by distributing pictures showing how northern Israelis suffer from Katyusha rocket attacks.”

Propaganda is older than dirt and if you think Israel is the only one doing it, then you're not being objective and unbiased.

Which of course, makes your comments irrelevent and null......due to your bias.

The internet being used for propaganda? Onesided representations? No way! :p

Of course they do, and of course some Israelis do. The internet isnt always about increasing real information as much as it just makes it possible for evryone to say whatever. Evryone can go read the site and posts that appeal to themselves, never having to read conflicting viewpoints unless they choose to. That is a development that doesn't bode well for the public discourse in the future.

Yes of course. How could I forget. Then I'll rephrase:

"The internet isnt always about increasing real information as much as it just makes it possible for evryone to say whatever while watching porn.
    :)

This brings up an interesting story I have been thinking about some lately. There was a certain message pit user, that I will not give his username, but I had some limited personal contact with. I think he was a Brit, was a big PJ fan, but had found himself in a country without something that was important to him, and I helped him out. Lets just say it was related to Pearl Jam.

Now the key is he was of Arab desent and Muslim, and was also in this foreign nation at a religious school. Freindly person and I thought he was just fine. But he explained that the school was more of a spiritual school than a educational school. I didn't pursue it, but I wondered what that meant. He recieved from me what he needed, but haven't heard a peep since either via email or here on the board.

This person has not posted since March. I wonder what he is doing and if he is still in that school. And I wonder what happens when you go to one of those schools and they find out you are a PJ fan?!?

Pro-Islamic is not the same thing as pro-terrorist. What would you like to change your Subject line to?

I was thinking the same thing.

That was never my message and I certainly nevr believed such a thing or intended for my subject line to be interpreted that way.

This thread was to created as a response to another thread.

The point being that propaganda such as this "internet Moles" thing, has always been utilized and practiced by everyone. Whether Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Israel, America, Iran and so forth; they all use duplicitious propaganda campaigns.

The internet moles have been utilized by everyone, since everyone realized the internet could be used in this influential manner.

I completely agree with you. It makes sense and its a good way to get your word out to those that otherwise wouldnt hear you. I am talking all sides of every argument. Not just one specific party, belief, etc.

One more point, which I didn't get to convey, because I was busy with work.

One of the main points and quotes ignored, was this:

" Amir Gissin, the Israeli Foreign Ministry’s public relations director, said: “The internet’s become a leading tool for news, shaping the world view of millions. Our problem is the foreign media shows Lebanese suffering, but not Israeli. We’re bypassing that filter by distributing pictures showing how northern Israelis suffer from Katyusha rocket attacks.”

Which rings very true. The media has been feasting on the horrible destruction and death in Lebanon (even the fake, staged stuff), and for the most part ignoring the damage and death in Israel. So I feel it's a valid point.

Who cares, really? I mean it. WHO?

See, reading and interpreting someone's message to the world requires one to think for oneself. If you recognize propaganda, then you are wise to identify it for what it is and move on. There's people on the web spewing forth about any and every subject known and unknown to man. It will never end, unless the government takes control of the internet :)

Anyone lacking the brain power to analyze propaganda deserves whatever they get if they choose to believe it. That is part of the trouble with the world today...too many lemmings.
