Libby gets a paron, but not the border patrol agents

Bush is commuting Libby's sentence, but the border patrol agents who shot the runaway illegal immigrant in the BUTTOCKS (in a Forrest Gump voice) are serving an 11 year, and the other a 12 year prison sentence for not following the guidelines correctly. One of the guards has already been beaten up by fellow prisonmates also. Isn't that a travesty of justice?

    it is always possible that the border patrol agents should not go out mexican hunting and then pick up and hide all of the evidence and lie about it in their report.
