What does the UK based Jammers here think of David Cameron? I know he doesn't have much in the way of policy at the moment, but what has struck me is a - his statements that he's not going to pander to America if elected (about fucking time!) and b - the freshness of the people behind him, George Osbourne seems like a good guy and I think David Cameron seems like a good guy, and his green credentials are obviously a welcome change to Labour's.

Would you vote for this guy? I'm a member of the Labour party, so its difficult for me to say yes, but what I would say is that when B.Liar goes, I don't want Brown in charge because he's just part of the old regime. I'd like to see some fresh blood run for the leadership.

  • i dislike him. he seems slimy and agendaless, just a younger and prettier michael howard. i wouldnt vote for him over gordon brown, even though i agree with you on the "new blood" front.

as for his environmental policies, did you know he rides a bike into work everyday to set an example to people regarding emissions? (and did you know he has two Range Rovers follow him carrying all his papers, documents and entourage?) hypocrite.

  • Did you know, that an anagram of "David Cameron" is "Caveman droid"? (Just as an anagram of Tony Blair MP is "I'm Tory Plan B".)

The conference was only remotely watchable, for Boris Johnson saying what he really thinks, and Norman Tebbit saying what the Tory party really wants. Oh, and Francis Maude looking very scary in a t-shirt.
