Isn't there a white torturer out there we can focus our attentions on?

All this pickin-on of a black guy could get someone fired.

    what a scumbag.
some ppl (i use that term loosely calling him a person) are truely beyond help.
be done with these kind of pathetic waste of space demons.
    i am sick of it.
that poor woman is damaged forever.
i want to help her somehow.

I've personally had a fascination with criminals since I was about 8 years old. You can't kill all the scumbags, you just create more scumbags. I'm seriously man. Don't look at this stuff and say "That was one scumbag gone". There are clues all over this shit that tells you why it happened. A lot of it has to do with what you are displaying, hate. See, all emotional experiences correlate with biochemistry. As you exercise your emotion you become more addicted to the biochemicals. The more you hate, the more you hate. It doesn't matter who you hate. You might hate scumbags, but then you might find yourself hating other stuff too. You probably hate a lot of things. How long before you hate enough to put a gun to someone's head? After 9/11 people in America were infuriated with arabs, it was rage, madness. All these other murders happen and 15 year old kids are sitting at home watching it filled with rage. They may already be overstressed from high-school social life. Their brain isn't even fully developed yet. In this case this guy has a whole racial stigma bound to him and has to deal with that, and not just because some white people discriminate against him, but because it's a massive geopolitical issue. And you know humans are perfect. How perfect are they? Perfect enough to suffer from crack in the whom? Perfect enough to get sexually or physically abused? Perfect enough to feel like complete nothingness and not snap? Perfect enough to not allow a major head injury or tumor to affect their personality? You gotta take a step back wipe off as much of your emotional addiction as you can and think "Why did this happen?" "What caused this?" and you realize it's the emotion, the nature of society, the mass media machine, human instincts, neurodiversity. If you see someone acting a bit strange, you might be inclined to think he's an idiot and he's basically sub-human. But how would it feel to be an idiot? And if you were an idiot, would you be able to handle modern life? I'm not saying any of this is the case, but I'm not sure what a scumbag is either in clinical terms. I think it's a word made up to degrade someone else in the social environment to bring one's self pleasure. You get a dopamine rush by calling this guy a scumbag. Maybe even some norepinephrine. It makes you feel good. It certainly doesn't prevent the next person from committing murder. Maybe if you focused on not discriminating against people in your own life you could prevent the next murder.

Learning a lot from that meditation I see. You know clarity of thought is great. But you still need information to process.

I haven't read the article yet but i'll assume this about the columbia student raped for 19 hours and then almost set ablaze, correct?
Earlier this month i started a life thread that really got out of hand, it turned into an abortion thread, and it was a simply an appreciate human life thread.(as Jerry Springer puts it: take care of yourself and each other) There was a major hypocracy in my solution to murderers, rapists, etc and that was quick execution. Please don't point this out again hypocracy again. My feelings on abortion are mixed because i really don't know how i would react to that situation. So don't turn this reply into another argument, because i'm not trying to start a debate. this guy who tortured this student should be executed.

    All people are fucked up

According to Dr. Deborah Schurman-Kauflin, an expert criminal profiler who has over 20 years experience in profiling everything from serial murders to aberrant sex crimes, it was a mixture of fear and anger that drove Beecroft to kill her newborn daughter.

"Many times, a girl is in denial about the pregnancy," Dr. Schurman-Kauflin said in an interview with Crime Library yesterday evening. "After the initial shock wears off, she does everything she can to avoid even thinking about the baby. Often, she fears that her life will be ruined if she acknowledges what has happened."

    Dr. Deborah Schurman-Kauflin

It is this fear, Dr. Schurman-Kauflin said, that causes young girls to hide their pregnancy and detach themselves from the situation.

"The baby becomes a 'thing' that she must cover up. As time goes on and it becomes more difficult to hide her condition, her anger escalates. This 'thing' is causing her tremendous trouble. If she could only be rid of 'it,' her life would be fine. And the cycle of detachment, fear and anger continue until she gives birth."

According to Dr. Schurman-Kauflin, the girl is so detached and terrified by the time she gives birth, that she does not think beyond that moment and that is when she kills her child.

"Desperate to be free and have her old life back again, she murders the baby. Panic usually sets in, and that leads to a hasty body disposal. It is typically then that she is discovered. The realization is overwhelming. She comes to realize that she really did have a baby, and she murdered a human being. These facts are thrust before her face, coupled with contempt by those around her. Then she falls apart, but it is too late to fix what she has done. She is a killer, and her life is now truly ruined. Her denial, fear, and anger have led her down a path from which she can never retreat."

Actually it was copied and pasted from http://www.crimelibrary.com

The story explains how a young teenage girl can go from innocent to guilty in a short period of time. I call this temporary insanity, but the state is pushing for life in prison.
