As the 2006 US General Elections near you may want to familiarize yourself with what and who you will be voting for. Below are direct links to the voting/election pages for each US state. We are continually asked to participate in our governmental processes by voting, yet ironically many state websites don't even highlight the information they have regarding voting and the upcoming elections with a link on their home page. I decided to make this list in hopes of making access to this information easier for everyone. If a link doesn't work (or doesn't land you on a relevant page), let me know and I will make efforts to fix the link.

Don't forget to VOTE!

And no one sings me lullabyes
And no one makes me close my eyes
So I throw the windows wide
And call to you across the sky....

thanks for posting that; it's really helpful. although now i'm confused as to where my polling place is--i got something in the mail that had a different address than what the site tells me. interesting.

anyway, to all the new yorkers out there, you can vote spitzer through the independence party (as well as working families party) instead of the democratic party. woo!
