I wonder why they don't go after Sony and other makers of listening devices when people get hit walking on train tracks, instead of going after the artist that just happens to be playing too loud on that listening device.
How is this relevant to the article posted? The people involved were underage drinkers with twice the legal blood-alcohol driving limit. Nowhere does it list headphones or music in this news piece.
b. I think people that get killed playing on the train tracks stupidly by not noticing the train probably want to get killed (suicide).

If you are on the tracks drunk or not that is your fault and nobody elses. Since they are running the friends I thought that I would point out that if you have headphones on and don't hear the train. They should go after the makers of said headphones. People do stupid things whether they are drunk or not. And the blame should be put on the stupid person. Period!
