Sure we have to endure a couple more months of election embarrassment. However, in 2009 George W Bush will be out.

And when things don't change one bit, what justification will you have for complaining?
The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

I don't know mr oneliner... you think perhaps we will again invade a country by pretending we made a mistake and kill hundreds of thousands of innocent people? Even if we did, we couldn't lose a measure of credibility that would match that lost in the last 8 year, because that which remains is much smaller.

but you are right.. all the complaining in the world won't bring back the dead. that brings you comfort?

OK - I'll put it this way. What change do you REALLY EXPECT to see if Obama is elected that would be different from McCain?

The justification would be probably be that I voted for the other guy.

Either way, like the Thread says, Bush will be out. But I would feel a bit better about my fellow Americans if they do not elected a man that supported the man that invaded a country by pretending he made a mistake and killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people.

Like Obama would have had the balls to vote against the war if he had the oppurtunity!!!

He has voted for every funding measure sent his way, he has voted for the MCA and the telecomm immunity bill. Actually I have to check that bec he may have been a real weasel and just not have showed up but I think McNasty did that.
