I'm not condoning their actions because they are just wrong, but I thought I heard that Federal investigators said that the scams where carried out by the individuals and that ACORN had no hand in the actions.

I heard that ACORN had been consistently alerting Nevada officials to suspected fraudulent voter registrations for months, but were ignored...until the dramatic raid that took place on Tuesday morning.
