The reason why I used *Idiot* was because he did so behind his wife's back apparently without her knowledge after they had agreed to another name. If they both had agreed to SMP then there would be no need to call him an idiot on my part.
However because he did go behind her back mainly on a political note Then That makes it to me warranted.
Peace
i know why you posted it. and i think his wife should give him hell, but that's where it ends for me.

He pulls this stunt while she just went through labor, gave birth and while she's still laying up in a bed. Yeah she should give him holy hell by first telling him that's the most idiotic thing you could've ever done.
I certainly hope his last name is Palin.

people naming their kids odd names isn't limited to southerners. i remember a few years ago there was a couple in detroit with the last name "arena" that named their son joe louis. personally, being a red wings fan, i thought that one was kind of neat.

True ... I just met a 60-year old dude from Vancouver Island named Zen.
Yikes.
disrespectful to his wife, i'll give you. irresponsible....no. if he was swinging his newborn child by the ankles i'd agree with you, and i'd also not have any comment about the name calling. but for this? i think the name is a bit much, but i don't think it warrants calling him what he's been called in this thread.
It's irresponsible to use your newborn as some political prop. I'm sorry, but nothing about what he did shows that he takes becoming a father seriously.

so he holds the campaign higher on his list of priorities then his wife or his child??? Poor kid. If I was his wife I'd be pissed beyond belief, Ava Grace is a much better name.
I agree... Ava and Grace are both beautiful names. Let's hope the wife saw the funny side and then immediately changed it. Otherwise the kid's gonna grow up without a daddy.
