Iran and Syria

I was wondering if anyone had any articles about plans for war with these two countries. I'm in argument with a couple of my buddies that, as of now, plans are laid out for war with North Korea, Iran, and Syria. They don't seem to agree. They agree that plans are ready for North Korea, but they don't believe in plans for Iran or Syria.

I know that if Syria and Israel go to war with each other, we will probably get our nose into it, and I have also read that U.S. naval warships have been issued "prepare to deploy" orders in Iran. The Navy command is looking at plans for a naval blockade against Iranian oil ports.

I think Time had an article about this a fwe weeks ago. My guess is we have plans for war (not planning to go to war, but we have thought about what we would do IF that happened) for a lot of countries.

Exactly, that's what I am trying to get across. I think that Time article is the one I was thinking of, I'll have to check on their page. Thanks

i posted a seymour hersh article some time ago about a war w/ iran. scott ritter was on tv last night talking about a war w/ iran but i didn't watch it

How're we screwed? Iraq has been transformed from a brutal land of terror, fear and tyrany into a democracy with freedom. Yes, there are a few bad things goin' on now but you can't make an omlette without breakin a few eggs.

On topic though, Iran and Syria are just as much of a threat to the US as Iraq/Sadam ever was, and one quibble I have with our goverment is that we're taking too much darn time thinking it over. We oughta be bombin' those countries till there's nothin' left but rubble!!
