I've written (3) seperate emails to the Ten Club but haven't heard back from them yet on either. I thought I'd try my luck here. :)

    be patient it usually takes a few days sometimes, although depending on when you wrote them, it was just Thanksgiving weekend in the U. S. of A... I mean ten club staff are entitled to holidays too!

    Thanks guys. I actually first emailed early last week. I know they're extremely busy, but I thought I'd try here.

    It's a membership/account question.
