I just put two LA II tickets in my cart...

...and now it won't let me have them! At about 7:30 pm PST the "buy" button came up for LA II, I clicked it, I'm able to get as far as entering my credit card info, and each time I click "submit", i get the unexpected error message. But if I click to see my cart or to check out, the tickets are still there. What should I do?

    The tickets are completely gone. There is a glitch in the system, but the mods have confirmed they are SOLD OUT. For some reason, some people can still add tickets.

    I tried that too. I would make it to the end where you add in your CC, then I get session error. D'oh!

    The question here is "WHY ON EARTH ARE THEY NOT TAKING THE DAMN LINKS OFF THE FREAKING PAGE" that's what I wanna know, because that's how I ended up with 3 pending authorizations I saw the BUY button and tried and thought it was my credit card until I called 10C and they told me it was a glitch and there were no more tickets and that the funds were authorized and they would fall....

    They are aware of this glitch and then know people are seing the BUY button and are obviously trying and getting screwed with pending funds on their cards and not tickets!

    I would check your credit card if I were you because mine was authorized every time I tried.... and this is not just happening when I tried and called 10C it was 5pm so this has been happening to folks for 5 hours, its beyond me why those links are still there...

    Urs...they prob don't have the techs in due to presidents day. lol

    shit happened to me at 10:05 this morning hit submit with my CC info took about 2 min then error message popped up, totally amateur club, you would think some of the band members would care. but , they get the same amount of money whoever gets the tix, so i see why no one gives a shit.

    I've been slowly catching up to what's been going on here and I just realized in the last 10 minutes that the Buy button was a glitch.

    I stopped getting the "error" message and got a card rejected message, and I wasn't sure if *that* was a glitch, too. Who can tell?! I tried about 2-3 more times, then remembered to check my card - and found that I blew through my remaining credit - over $2500-worth. I can't believe I tried that many times - I didn't think I'd come anywhere close to it. I even tried my other card and so that one will be screwed up, too (just not as much, only about 3-4 tries - I should still have room for Friday if I happen to be lucky at all.)

    This means, what with it being in the middle of the month, that the few of the charities I support are going to get 'declined'. Oh, and a handful of my bills that are on an automatic payment plan, too, which will do wonders for my credit rating.

    Way to go, 10C.

    Edit: The Buy button is up again! TAKE IT DOWN!

    I'm going to have to call my credit card company and ask for an immediate, temporary extension of credit so that my charities and bills aren't bounced back.

    We went through this already during the last ticket fiasco. Why hasn't the computer hardware been upgraded to handle the requests? More bandwith purchased, etc?

    Pearl Jam are a money making machine. We shouldn't be dealing with stuff like this when one of the main reasons we're all in the club is to buy tickets for events like this. What's the point when it doesn't even work?

    And it's sold out but it's still showing up as available to buy at times tonight? Fan f'n tastic..

    The problem has been around since Wachovia 05.

    I'm just glad I didn't use my debit card. I usually do for buying tickets. If I did. A bunch of my checks including one for my property taxes would be bouncing right now.

    I got Santa Barbara.

    I'm going to try for the tm sale on Friday for LA 1 or try and trade a ticket for it. It's annoying, but I'm feeling much better than yesterday.
