Fox News anchor Griff Jenkins received a expletive-laced reply Sunday when he stuck his microphone into a crowd of protesters gathered for the Democratic National Committee in Denver.

The video was first caught by Politico.

    Fox News had Dolly Parton dead of congestive heart failure this weekend. She said that was news to her. :)

    I don't think tha I ever saw a conservative/republican attacking CNN or MSNBC reporters.. (If they did however then they are idiots as well).

    Back in the seventies and eighties, the Western media realised that if you want to demonise muslims and make them look like lunatics, go and stand with a handheld camera in front of a whooped up (and probably small) crowd, chanting slogans. This is the same basic procedure, here, except that Fox made the mistake of putting a hysterical, shouting idiot in the crowd, thereby deconstructing the binary oppositions of civilisation/subversion, and order/chaos.

    Lame. I hate Fox News as much as anyone. And I fully support mocking them. But at least be a little clever. Anyone can put "Fuck (whatever)" on a sign or say "Fuck (whatever)".

    I tend to agree that liberals do this more than conservatives and it is not something I am proud of.

    Even stealing one of the two above Olberman lines would be fine by me. Or stealing from the "Faux News" t-shirt I like so much. Or just use the most ridiculous Bill O'Reilly quote you can find. Or come up with something truly clever. I can support all of this.

    But "Fuck Fox News." If you cannot do better, then don't even try.
    I cannot come up with a new sig till I get this egg off my face.

    Um. Your spewing nonsense. Fox News is a subsidiary of News Corp. a privatley held corporation. Not a state sponsored news outlet. This isn't Communist China okay. And yes there would be something wrong with that, but this is not the case.
