Do they still make and sell golliwogs (the doll) over there?

Just curious if PC rules have gotten to that yet.

I've not seen any in a long time. I think the answer's no.

They stopped making and selling them ages back, at the same time they took the golly logo off of the Robinsons Jam jars.

Funnily enough I've recently seen new golliwogs for sale.

    Thank you.

I have a friend who I still know from growing up and his parents used to have one in their basement. So we were talking about it the other night and I wondered if they still made them. I thought that it was kind of cute in a way.

That was the first thing to go, back in the 1980s. Ann Widdecombe's still got one apparently. But that'd explain why she's still a virgin, too.
  • I have seen some recently in a shop by me but it's rare to see one. They had loads though so they must be coming back?!
