Social awareness does not equal political activism!

5/23/2011- An utter embarrassment... ticketing failures too many to list.

Well this will certainly help the scalping business' who will just write off this 995$ fee as a business expense. The average person won't pay $995 in the hopes of getting first dibs at maybe one or two concerts that they want to see for the year. This is just as bad as artists signing on with stubhub, which is an absolute ripoff con job

    one word
    collusion

unfortunately, things will continue to get more expensive and it will get harder and harder for the average person to get the best seats.
One can only hope there will be a breaking point and fans will just stop going

    unlikely though

That is sort of what I was thinking, not much different than a company owning a pair of season's tickets for basketball/hockey and getting first crack at all the events that happen in that stadium. Just cheaper and opens up more venues.
