I think the idea is that if you can it from the government, than employers have no reason offer benefits. Heck, they can just take the government plan too.

McCain couldn't understand why Obama opposed an agreement the US has with Columbia.

uh, maybe because the money the US gives to Columbia goes directly to the terrorists and drug dealers McCain thinks that money is going to oppose.

    they're both tools.

Obama disarmed McCains attacks well, and continued that very Presidential demeanor.

McCain the last 15 minutes started to lose it a bit. Belittling a womens health as an abortion exception is going to bit him in the but.

For reasons beyond me, I am also compelled to do the same. I was last debate too and I was strangely surprised how critical of McCain the post debate discussion was...that is, until Hannity came on.

Instead of me paying for it through my company why not give me health coverage too so I do not have to pay for it either.

If you mean for us to put the same money into taxes to pay for national health coverage (so we we don't pay more but everyone gets covered) instead of paying it to health insurance companies who take much of it for their own profit, I'm in support of that.

Man is that so true, when Hannity comes in the hold theme changes (McCain wins hands Down talk). So far they seem to be saying McCain didn't do enough not that Obama had to put forth much effort.

To me McCain didn't say anything striking to drive his campaign through the next 3 weeks.

    Checkmark Obama

I'm enjoying Tim Pawlenty's statement that the debate proved Obama can't close the door on McCain because there were still people uncertain about his connections after the debate.

He knows it's not going to be a unanimous vote, right?

Well said, my friend. What is clearly missing from Obama's campaign is the Money Shot.

are Fox News watchers truly hardcore right wingers, or do they just not have computers?

fox news poll on who won:

    Obama 75%
    McCain 25%

If I recall correctly, this was also responsible for the failure of Bob Dole's..err...campaign in '96.
