Cindy McCain calls Obama Campaign “The Dirtiest” in American History

Cindy McCain said today that she expects her husband to clear the record at tonight’s debate and let America know where he truly stands.

And ruin such a lovely and romantic story of picking up a skank at a bar while married?

whoa, hold on now. You're way off. He picked up a RICH skank at a bar, while married to a woman who became disfigured while he was away at war, whom he was no longer sexually attracted to anymore.

I aim to be even handed and rational, but that was one of the dumbest things I've ever read in light of the McCain's ads and his demeanor toward Obama on stage.

    ...
Then, she must have been born after 2004. THAT was the Dirtiest Campaign in our history.
Why? Because they stooped so low as to question the awarding of Navy Stars and Purple Hearts... like they were Cracker Jack trinkets that anyone could recieve. I'm not a big fan of John Kerry... but, he IS a medal recpient and I am grateful for that. Go after his Congressinal Record... fine. But by attacking his military achievements... in my book... they tarnish and dishonor every serviceman/woman that was awarded that medal.
And Americans... to my astonishment... ate it up in the spirit of partisan politics. It was a shameful and disgusting campaign.

Cindy has got to be kidding after what her husband went through with the race with GWB in 2000 primary. Not even close.

it's an intersting statement, when, in 2000, the Bush campaign was complicit with push polling ... essentially, before the South Carolina primary, pollsters were calling South Carolina residents and asking (claiming they were a polling agency), "Would your view of John McCain be more favorable or less favorable if you knew he had a black child out of wedlock?" ... essentially, giving people a false view of McCain pointing towards the McCain's adopted daughter form Bengladesh ... McCain got SLAUGHTERED in South Carolina and was soon out of the race ... McCain was quoted as saying "there's a place in hell" for folks that employ smear tactics like this ... and these are the same guys McCain has now hired for his campaign!

How she can say this is unfathomable.

Yeah.. considering that the masterminds of the Bush 2000 Campaign that ground down McCain was lead by Ken Melhman (along with Steve Schmidt and Mark McKinnon)... who is now an advisor for the McCain Campaign in 2008. Add Karl Rove as a 'Silent Advisor'... well...
