Hey Cindy McCain - so did your husband, your son's own father

John McCain, your husband, the father to your son, the war veteran, the maverick, the man who wants to be the next President of the United States also VOTED AGAINST troop funding because the Bill had a time-table FOR withdrawal.
Here's a cold chill thought - How many soldiers have to be sacrificed before McCain remembers Iraq is not Vietnam?
So Cindy, why don't you do what you do best, stay in the background and think about your next outfit.

SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

You forgot to tell her that she needs more Botox too.
Right on!!
They're preaching to the choir on this issue.
And he who forgets, will be destined to remember...
actually, it would be a huge mismatch. michelle obama is an intelligent, accomplished woman. cindy mccain is the paris hilton of the political set.

If a war veteran who has been through plenty fighting overseas votes against the bill, I feel pretty confident that I can trust his judgement.

Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.
the irony in funny...cindy seems to have no clue...they both voted against funding....therefore, mccain has no grounds to attack Obama for his vote...
I would think cindy would support her son coming home....I guess not...
The other point that somoene should remind Cindy of, the troops wouldn't need additional funding if we didn't go to war in the first place.
That fact her husband voted for this war that was sold to the American public under false pretenses, and that had Obama been in Congress, he would have voted against it (he was against it from the start) ... that should send a cold chill up your spine Mrs. McCain #2.

that's what all spouses should do, they're not the ones running for office.

I think those days are long behind us.
24 news stations need to fill the air with something all day long ... so, they are going to dig into the lives of the first ladies (and first dudes) ... I mean, you never know when they might run for president themselves, right?

P.S. "Cold chill"? I'll tell you what gives me a cold chill - your husband's running mate.

Oh dare to dream.. that would be something to see!!! I would LOVE it!
And to the person who said their wives do not matter clearly is not married.. there is not one married woman that I know who does not influence her husband and decisions that are made.

i know you're referring to me. and you're wrong. been married for 13.5 years. sure, we figure things out together. but if i'm applying for a job, i don't bring my wife with me to speak on my behalf.

That's it! Because a war vet, who is willing to tell a NEW generation of soldiers to stay there and die until there is victory or a white flag of surrender - in a WAR ON TERRORISM - because he never tasted victory and now, by power of a vote, is making these soldiers do what he thinks Nixon and Kissinger should have done. Win at any cost.
That's not leadership, that's called living in the past, unfortunately, lives are on the line, including his sons. So, Cindy either needs to get it together or stay in the background.
No - I think he's looking out for the soldiers' and Iraqi citizens' best interests. You don't think he would fund the soldiers if the bill was a good bill?

But McCain feels the need to claim "Victory", he's said it, over and over ... yet, the leader of our forces, General Petraeus has said flat out, he never would use the term "victory" in Iraq ...

The GI Bill was a good bill, so you tell me.
So correct me if I have mis-perceived this. You are defending McCain for his vote (Obviously) and still backing Cindy for her shot at Obama (of this I am not sure).
Let me guess. While trusting McCain's judgement, you feel that Obama assessed the troops as majority white and voted against it because he's a racist.
