On 7th Anniversary Of Attacks, White House Claims Bin Laden Was Not The ‘Mastermind’ of Sept. 11»
Tomorrow marks the seventh anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. In a press conference today, a reporter asked White House Press Secretary Dana Perino about the administration’s ongoing efforts to find Osama bin Laden, calling him the “mastermind” of 9/11. Perino interrupted the reporter, claiming bin Laden was not the true “mastermind” of the attacks:
Q But Osama bin Laden is the one that — you keep talking about his lieutenants, and, yes, they are very important, but Osama bin Laden was the mastermind of 9/11 –
PERINO: No, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was the mastermind of 9/11, and he’s sitting in jail right now.

SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

does the administration realize the jedi mind trick isn't real?
take Hitler... now he wasnt the mastermind behind the holocaust.. Himmler or some other retard was... but Hitler wasnt the 'mastermind' behind that.
now Bin Laden is similar... he probably just sanctioned money or something... but this guy you've got is technically the 'mastermind'
Well, it has been so successful for the last 8 years, there is little to suggest the jedi mind trick isn’t real.

just pointing out the facts before all you americans go and shoot him for misleading you all
basically what he said is completely true... George Clooney in Oceans 11 was the 'mastermind' behind the robberies... not Elliot Gould... but it was Elliot Gould who gave them the say so, the money, etc etc
there are too many things we want to shoot him for
hehehehe....i can't believe you just compared 9-11 to oceans 11....genius!!!
Hail, Hail!!!
the point is that for years he has been saying bin laden was behind it. then he was saying iraq was involved. now all of a sudden he's saying "we got em" like we should stop worrying about catching terrorists, after he already swore up and down that we HAD to have two wars to catch bin laden and other terrorists.
Hail, Hail!!!
all i'm saying is that technically he is correct... Khalid was the mastermind behnd 9/11... thats all i'm saying
as a lawyer (or law student... whatever you are these days) you should know that what he said was 100% accurate..
fair enough. i'm just saying that's missing the point of the outrage at this comment... how brazenly and openly this administration will indulge in lies and hypocrisy.
Sure it could, it could be followed by McPalin.
And by the way, I wonder how many people noticed that just after the Dem nominee was "named" and Iraq was such a hot issue, that Bush announced he was pulling out troops next year (after he had been SO AGAINST bringing anybody home). He won't even be in office = more of that Jedi mind stuff....
