I am heavily involved in politics, Democratic politics specifically. I can say that yesterday was one of the best days of my life. Now the work begins. The hope we had yesterday turns into incentive for tomorrow.

happy, happy, joy, joy is EXACTLY how i feel! well except for the fact that i am sick, again. seriously though, i was beginning to lose faith in my fellow citizens, that we viewed the world so differently....now i am thinking, not so much. in the grand scheme, we all want the same things.


and yes, it IS a long, hard road ahead......but i think we can make some big changes for the better....for our country, and for the world. today is a GREAT day!

it truly IS amazing, isn't it?
watching the coverage last night and seeing the *decisive* states....PA, FL, OH....ALL going to obama! it was more than i dared to hope for! i think it truly sends a message that we as a collective WANT and EXPECT change, and even the senate/house seats....all showing the same: let's get down to business and follow through on all the things spoken about on the campaign trail we WANT to see happen!
