Old looking Middle Eastern Mothers

I saw this story and thought...every picture I see of mothers in the ME, it seems they look more like grandmothers. I then saw how old she was and was shocked to see she's only 40. She looks at least 60. I guess it sucks to live in the ME, huh? :) A bit of a stressful life they lead over there eh? Obviously.
