Yeah, my second DVD Cover, once more a Pearl Jam one lol For the Santiago Chile show on November 22, 2005. One of the best shows of the entire tour. As for my skill in it, well it took me (surprisingly) over an hour to make, just fiddling with different effects, and eventually came down to this one.. it's alright..

Rate please. :)

I like it a lot, very nice work! The only thing that stands out to me as a personal choice would be to remove the picture from the spine.

I also really like the tag you put on the back cover "for personal use only.. made out of interest" Good call on that!

as a trained graphic designer it falls upon me to say that although it looks like nice and everything, all i can see you've done is take an already existing image, perhaps added a darkening layer/filter over that and added a nice font to it. :o

it's ok though man.. but it does look homemade and at least you've acknowedged that, so good luck with future ventures and keep posting them :)
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Looks pretty good to me, and I would agree to remove the Eddie picture from the spine.
    I'm wondering, about wondering...

  • Thanks for the positive rates guys. :) That was actually the first time I decided to see what it'd be like, just trying the 06 band cover format thingy.. the background lol And it does look quite effective, when a pic is lightly blended behind it, kinda like the Live at the Garden DVD.. lol

And yeah, my only concern was the Eddie pic, but I'll end up making a better dvd cover of this one day and post it, like the actual DVD Cover size, and I found a DVD Cover converter, which makes gives it a 3D look and everything, so yeah I'll keep updated on that. :D
