well you need to have a camera that has different iso settings.....then as you depress the shutter, throw the camera into the air....i found it's best to have a dark area with a few highlights....all these i've posted are from my backyard tree at dusk :)

Well, there are no original ideas, only original people. :)

My son took this one recently and I saved it because I like the blurry double-nose/lines-in-the-air effect. :D

i love the first series of 4.....especially the very first. bold! and the color, fantastic. :)

and here i was going to give you all sorts of credit, and now i see you didn't *invent* it. ;) hahaha. none the less......damn cool, and how experiemental of you computer-geek self. (you know i say that with total LOVE btw) so kudos to you and embracing your inner artist. :D

i still am unsure hw it works, who do you change with the ISO exactly? and...how does one toss their camera without breaking it? :o hahaha.

thanks for sharing, tres cool work my friend!

    thank you!
i will most definitely check it out. i am pretty much a straight-shooter....in my photography anyway. ;) so i do so enjoy ideas and projects that take me out of my comfort-zone. back in grad school did a lot, but nowadays not so much, maybe b/c i have no one pushing me besides myself. so of course it is easy to settle into what you most enjoy. :) i do remember doing a whole series of photos for a class - NOT a photo class either - of images i took simply spinning round while i released the shutter. i then hand colored em with pastels. i really like the effect, and whatever the class and the assignment, it really *fit*...and thus why it was easy for me to think it up and execute the idea. so yea...sometimes i needed to be pushed, so i can shove back. :D

i also have a brand spankin' new camera to play with...warmer weather...so i need to get out there! i've had it since my bithday, time to break it out!

    Damn! That's clever!!! :)

I always wondered what that silly ISO button did!

Of course you realize I'd have the camera smashed to pieces my first go if I tried it!!! :D
