Hey guys, I posted this in another section until I remembered the Art Wall. I wanted to share with you.

Eddie Vedder
Acrylic Foil Painting
3ft X 4ft

The 'background" foil is unique in that it changes colors with movement from the viewer and/or change in the lighting. I also posted a link to a video made involving the making of the painting set to "Given To Fly". Thanks for looking!!

The foil is actually an interior decorating product that I incorporated into my paintings. It's applied much like gold leaf. This particular foil is called hologram foil which reflects a wide range of colors. Thanks for viewing!!
  • Thanks for looking civ eng girl.

Thanks bigmuzz, I'm glad you liked it. Not sure about the talent thing. Tons of hard work. I never was the best in my area, college, or even high school but persistence paid off a little. Thanks again!!

    Thanks for viewing DeadLee
  • Here's a look at the first portrait I completed a year or two ago.

holy crap that is amazing!
  • I really can't believe how amazing these portraits are and the video incredible. It was so interesting to see the proccess. I really respect such great work. I try to be an artist, but I haven't quite discovered any talent.
  • That pic looks more like Paul Giamatti than EV.

Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

Thanks for taking the time to look. Don't worry about the rough critic from RolandTD- I've heard far worse. If you look at some of his other posts you'll see that he's just starving for a little attention.
