binaural artwork?

hi i recently purchased a pearljam poster at a charity auction.It is approx 70 by 45cm in size.It depicts the virgin mary holding a skatebord,there are 4 small figures on skateboards below her,all with wings.I was told it is limited edition artwork?Can anyone tell me what it is please?

    you might want to ask about this on the main forum. this particular forum doesn't get a whole lot of traffic, and a lot more of the collectors frequent the main forum. sorry i don't have an answer, but i hope someone does!
