yea....i finally have indoor fish! i was a deprived child, never had my own fish. so yea...we have our pond, with our one remaining fish...oliver...but i *just* got 2 betta fish - in their own, separate bowls, today. bought these huge, gorgeous vessels.....now i have the fish...and of course, new subjects to photograph.

just brought em home tonight....had the bowls set up for 2 days already, acclimated em for an hour.......now both swimming happily i hope...in their respective new homes.

Very cute. I've almost gotten fish as we love them, but something always holds us back? Maybe someday-I'm sure our kitties would love them! I'm sorry to hear you only have Oliver left. :( I remember when you brought the new ones home.

Try african cichlids. They are hearty, nothing kills them, they live forever, plus they are badass to look at.
