You know, I searched Virginia OR beach, and didnt get that thread! Weird.

Either way, still sounds like a quiet show, no? Which is good for 10clubbers!:)

"could" is a very small liklihood and besides, my days of being in a pit crushed, squished, sweat on, etc. are over. I've outgrown that type of scene. Now if it could get me backstage...I might consider it! :) Until then, just being there is enough, even if it means nosebleed seats.

Need some help with a hotel for VA. I'll be driving in from Norfolk Airport. Is there anything walkable from the Verizon Amphitheater? The rates in the area seem kind of high -- are the budget motels any good, or am I going to have to shell out? Thanks for any advice.

there is no pit. Its assigned seating and they typically post "No Moshing" signs at the doors.

Other than Lollapalooza, I have not seen moshing/crowd surfing at a PJ show in YEARS!!! (Thank God!)

Well, to each their own, I guess!
