question about tenclub flag contest

is it Kosher to incorporate an already existing design from say, a concert tee or something into our own designs for the flag?

    I think so, as long as you DON'T use the stickman.

    hence why they outlawed it. about every other entry would've included it otherwise, and they wanted at least SOME originality here. :) but yeah, my design idea incorporates a T-shirt design also, so i hope it's Kosher.

    Well, how many people would've just put a stickman on a black background? Gets old...

    yeah...

    I almost had a friend sew one flag for me... she has this great sewing machine - it's actually a pre-programming sewing machine that you can download anything from pc and insert into it... and all you need to do is watch it and change colors...

    problem is she doesn't know how to get that far yet... arggghhh!!!

    *sobs*

    Not that I'd have won, anyway.... cuz my idea wasn't that original anyway...

    It was gonna be a huge orange flag with black outlines of the hands (like that 10c sticker) with huge 10C at the bottom...

    Not original, I know.. but at least I would have gotten to be involved with the contest....
