Everything is possible through Christ.
I am of a science mind. Evolution, as complicated as nature is I can not rule out God as being the creator of all things, including evolution. It is perplexing is it not? I still picture God in a way: All things science are steeped in mathematics, a billion of the greatest minds being a fraction of the creator’s knowledge base.
A problem we may have with the understanding of things of this magnitude is time. If you begin to look at cosmology, astrophysics, quantum physics, physics, anthropology, all things science, there is one other element besides mathematics involved…TIME!
Lets for one minute put aside the 7 days of creation concept in its literal terms and think of the time of humans compared to the time of the creator, Imagine also that millions, billions of years could be an instant to a body as great as that of the creator. Could a swirling mass of potential "Big Bang star stuff" be an instant in the creators plan? Presto the big bang happens, all things leading up to the "seven days of creation" and all things that follow.
Would it be blasphemous to think that the seven days is an example of events in a format that simple beings such as us can understand? Could God bring to us in our infancy all things at once, are we not to hunger and grow? I do not think the quest is to find the answer to all things in there conclusion, just the next component.
If the universe is expanding at an infinite rate and evolution is taking place all things could never be discovered.
In my personal quest to find out why and how every thing is, I found the trinity, The Father, His son, and his spirit.
I hear people say I need something I can feel, hear, see, taste etc.
I can feel the spirit with my fingers when I touch someone sick, when I hug my Mom, when I touch my daughter’s forehead when she's asleep etc.
I can hear it when I'm in the desert and there is silence, when I hear the crickets, when I hear my Pastor, when I heard my unborn daughter’s heat beat etc.
I can see it when I was in Utah, brothers let me tell you about Gods handy work WOW, An ultrasound of my unborn child, kids at play, the stars, galaxies, the cosmos etc.
I can taste it when I kiss my wife, I bite my tongue, A really good plumb, an orange, marijuana, mint, mountain water, when I kiss my daughters scraped knee etc.
I think the people that have the outlook “prove it” are so short sited that they can not even see there own damn eye lids. I think after reading this, you of faith will agree that it is a landslide of evidence.
All in our creator’s fraction of an instant, now that is beautiful.
Jesus is my savior, my guide through my scientific life. If I did not have this guide how could I expect to thank God for the above proofs? Amen
