Did I choose to be born
Did I choose to be mistreated
Did I choose to be addicted
Did I choose to be tied to you

Choices are not always clear
Choices are not always mine
Choices other people have made
Choices to be the victims

Reasons I did what I did
Reasons you did what you did
Reasons the world is the way it is

Reality is how I made it
Or is it how others made it
For me.
