who sat back and laughed while megan meier sobbed?
whose bright idea to torment the innocent
and fragile of the world? everyone
seems to think its okay
to clean the blood off their hands
with their neighbors' clothing

this is why there is no god
maybe when we die
we will all end up fine
winged and not worried
and never tired or hungry
in immaculate pure pristine perfect palaces
somewhere on dysnomia

and who encouraged abraham biggs to take his own life on camera?
who could cheer such a tragedy on?
"it's human nature" is what some people say
and i sadly and begrudgingly have to agree
and watch everyone washing their eyes in tears
laughing at those who can't

and this is why there is no god

  • It's also the solitary moon of the distant dwarf planet Eris.

I used Dysnomia as a substitute for Heaven in a "what-if" scenario.

  • Eris I believe is a Kuiper Belt object. Kuipers are similar to Asteroids only they're out past Neptune and made of different stuff.

But, as much as I love Star Wars, Eris is part of our Solar System.
