eternity is a trace
around hands of clocks
fathomed fame and a failure's fortune
were all that ever awaited me

divide the devices
by the skeletons
of the trees x-rayed
and illuminated by the christmas lights

nothing hides from us successfully
nobody loves you like i do

There's nothing like the bare bones of a tree in winter. Why in hell we dress it up and festoon it in lights is beyond me. Must be a pagan thang, heh.

Walden, I luvs your work. You're one of my favorite poets here at the Pit. Just wanted to take the opportunity to say so.

    Peace,
