one fire douses itself in thirst-quenched defeat as the multicolored and multifaceted animal representatives of political parties celebrate the death of fire with a bonfire. meanwhile, at least twenty minutes away, twenty minutes have passed since they attempted to reach the party of red and blue animals to warn them that they are in fact merely meshing into giant full-body bruises. other animals will take advantage of their weakened state and spring into an attack, and clean their bones of flesh and muscle, which is where the term "spring cleaning" would have originated had it not already originated prior to this writing. one of the assailant animals will be a turtle who will seek refuge from the authorities in his native sea. he will be caught when he walks onto the adjacent beach and pokes his head out and away from his shell, ironically to hear the ocean.
