Mythology

I've distributed, to the grabbing hands,
i've contributed, to the crying glad.
my words have influence
to ones who look for life,
in my words. It's always
just a roll of the dice.

Adopted, by the look alikes,
suffocated by rock n' roll
that tells a story that
sounds more myth
not able to convince the millions
of the inconvenience, when they
should only see the truth in
my work.

I've paced the stage, and passed my wine
recorded in the studio, and
created by design.
I've shared my blood, and
passed up time, flew the
earth, always bound for home.
Heard all the bitching,
whining and moans,
and groans. Blew my image
and gave my fans a temporary loan.

I love Bolan. He was the first rock and roll star I can remember. He was like Andrew Wood, but with better drugs. :cool:
