I went for a walk,
west to the sea, my second home
collected myself, my will
buried deep, beneath
all that came before me.
There is only the answer,
that makes it complete.

I walk backward to
avoid my insanity. Beacons
of light, beckoning, it does
not come easy. My life
painted surreal, borders
unreal, trimmed in simple black.

There is only the answer,

At the end you melt,
back into the sea. Doesn't
matter how you think, or
what you live, you become one
with the rest, the surf.
Black and white becomes
brown, the sand beneath.
Always begin and end,
birth, and death, salt water
becomes blood in your veins

Your insanity's
cost there for free.
The walk home, unfettered
floats with thee. That is what
freedome means to me. Remember
there is only the awswer that
makes it complete.
