I turned around, to watch the sun
set.
I turned around, to follow my
path.
I turned around, to swallow my
words.

There's no going back
wards. There's no giving birth
in the sea. There's no way,
no way, no way, the earth's
going to survive our reign.

Forward I walked, towards
mud
knee deep.
Forward I walked, patriarchal
knee deep.
Forward I walked, shit and pollution
knee deep.
