Lady Liberty

I watched the structure slowly fall apart
I watched the steel beam fall straight throuh her heart
Lady Liberty...oooooh lady liberty
throw down your chains

I watched the world collapse in a mountain of ash
I watched the world relapse for mountains of cash
Lady Liberty...ohhhhhh.........lady liberty.
show no restraint

I watch the new world slowly unfold
I watch the wisdom die with the old
Lady Liberty....ohhhhh....lady liberty

I watch the hour glass spin on its axis
I watch the happy smile and pay taxes

    I like these lines especially. I think the lyrics are a great commentary of the present mood. looking forward to hearing it.
