Missed and lost here again
A brief ride to freedom to send him away
Round trip however
The return was a difficult one
An unchanged cardboard box unchanged he lived
Yet everything had changed he was convinced
Those cigarette butts burned and scarred
The night was colder
His claks and rags more frayed
A good ride it was to take
But not to turn away
For he saw what he'd never saw
The joy the people had!
A mission of his to conquest.
A mission he discovered, yet the exit was here
A nicer place it was
Than this changed box
