No happy.

Completely overlooked.
Shut off from life.
No color to have a care.
Only gray emptiness fills me to be.
Here is where I never leave.
This has become familiar to me, like home.
Nothing new is in sadness.
This I know.
I have memorized every one of my tears and how they continue to fall.
And through the years nothing changes.
Nothing remains of smiling laughter.
No happiness to be real, to be shared.
Time is mine but I wish it wasn’t.
Day after day changes never come.
Age finds me growing weary and without.
I must sleep now.
It is all that I have.

"Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
no more forever."

That is an awesome poem. And yet, so sad. I hope the release of writing it has set you free to elevate yourself to a new experience that gives you a reason to dream..........

I so know how you feel.........

    love you friend,............really
Baby, You Wouldn't Last a Minute on The Creek......

Together we will float like angels.........

In the moment that you left the room, the album started skipping, goodbye to beauty shared with the ones that you love.........

and you are right, it is an awesome poem.
sad or not, it is awesome.
i must of read it (while tweaking it) 50-80 times yesterday.
i learned alot about writing poetry while writing this poem.
it was a great exercise for me.
i was pretty high feeling while writing it out and of course after it was finished.
i knew i was hooked on writing when it first got me high.
    love it i do.

this is one of my favorite poems because it moves me so much.
i am pleased that i can write something people enjoy.
it just comes out that's all.

    thank you for your support.

You are very welcome.......I as well am glad to be able to post my writing here, it is nice to touch someone with words and have them appreciate it.

It is something that so many of us get by feeling like we are out of the lines and then some days it's like, "who's lines??". There is an awesome movie I just saw with Dustin Hoffman (no we are not dating ; he was in it---just clearing that up to diffuse the rumors.......(haha??), called Mr Majorium's Emporium ( spell check?????). It is cool because he is eccentric and unique and the people he loves and that love him, almost pity the others who are so rigid. check it out if you can, it was better than I thought it would be...
