    i didnt get them after they were in my cart and i was loading my CC info in it logged me out again then i never got back into it in time...i've said it before and i'll say it again i wish they would find a better way to do these presales there system just can't hold up and crashes and lots of people get shut out..but what can you do saves me $$ :)

    i was on for over 3 hrs waiting and it crashed. took me over 20 mins to get the page working again.

    i agree. ten club is a joke w this. they should at least keep it open for an hour to let traffic die down so most ten clubbers can get in.

    I didnt get them either - server failures, etc. I hit BUY and then it said "sorry can't add to your cart b/c they are temporarily out of stock"

    I am devastated.

    im likewise disappointed. but i think people should not be so disparaging. i mean im 20, coming from the uk. i hoped to go to dc, ny both nights and hartford...i got dc, so im pretty happy. how mental is the america ticketmaster...ive had a fair degree of success with the uk/european version?
