    I'm so dehydrated - I feel sick. I'm never running in the afternoon again !!! My body hurts everywhere- I guess thats one way to forget everything .....

    got any gatorade or sports drinks? heck even water and salty food will do if nothing else...the sick feeling and pain will let up too once you're rehydrated...hang in there.

    No, I don't have any sport drinks - I've only been drinking water. Maybe, thats why it took awhile for me to start feeling better. :) I never even thought about "salty" foods. I'm feeling much better now. Not so light headed. Thank you,

    this is so nice! Husband worked on my home office, bought me a new printer, brought down the file cabinet from upstairs, rearranged. So much more space to work and organize. He is very good to me :D what would I do without him, hate to ever think about that.
