Dreaming leaf falls away.

edited October 2007 in Poetry, Prose, Music & Art
From atop a graceful tree, a dreamer sways beautifully falling through moist autumn air.
Into deep sleep now ripples sailing calmness across misty morning stream pristine.
Telling of creation so softly are sounds over washed transparent clarity and solid stones painted in moss green.
Gently swirl in whirlpool, and smile.
Take your memories, take them out to sea.
Float on down beyond old memorials fallen away to gray.

I love that. It is so our area and how I feel when I see it. Thanks. :)

What a trip, i wrote a poem last week, with green moss.
"I look at the slickness of the sidewalks, the green moss growing quickly on all sides." Must be a fall seasonal word? #X.
