long days in the field, dust and dirt.
winter encroaches covers the earth
toiling hard up a mountain range
just to ride back down again
the slippery slopes melt and the winter chill is gone
i see the ice melt off my tree and watch the dawn
runoff turns into a raging torrent
i vision everything being washed away
streams converge into rivers, rivers to oceans
spring is here again...

" my 2nd attempt at poetry
its ok
